Today's Lunch

Turkey and feta salad with vegetable soup.


Heidi went to excess with the black pepper.

The soup consists of celery, onion, and carrot veg with Better than Bouillon chicken base and gelatin. For seasoning, Dad used oregano, bay leaf, basil, and garlic. It is hearty and savory. Yay gelatin. Easy to make, wonderful to enjoy, and very healthy.

Try adding an acid to it like lemon juice. Mmmm.
